By accessing and using SublyAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The Service is designed to generate subtitles for video files using AI speech recognition. You represent and warrant that you own or have acquired all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all video files that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to extract audio from your video, store, process, and analyze it solely for the purpose of generating subtitles. You agree not to upload any content that would infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful materials. You agree to indemnify AI-22 for any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from breach of this warranty.
Your video files are processed on the client side in your browser whenever possible. Only extracted audio is transmitted to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for speech recognition and subtitle generation. The original video file never leaves your device. Extracted audio is stored in a secure cloud environment solely for processing purposes and is automatically deleted after analysis is complete. We do not retain copies of your uploaded audio files after processing is complete. For more details, see ourPrivacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, generated subtitles are the result of AI interpretation and their quality may vary depending on audio clarity, background noise, and language. AI-22 is not responsible for the accuracy of generated subtitles or how you use them.
During the beta period, the Service provides 60 minutes of free AI processing per week. We reserve the right to limit access, change features, modify prices, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. System abuse (e.g., automated scanning, attempts to bypass limits) will result in immediate termination of access.
