Your video file never leaves your device. Only audio is extracted for AI processing.
Your audio is never used to train our or third-party AI models.
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
We believe in data minimization. We do not collect personal information, email addresses (except for account registration via Supabase), or account data for marketing purposes. The only data processed is audio extracted from your video for subtitle generation.
When you upload a video, audio is extracted client-side in your browser and securely transmitted to Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini API) for speech recognition and subtitle generation. Transmission is encrypted via SSL. We use ephemeral storage (signed URLs), meaning your extracted audio files are not permanently stored on our servers. Audio is automatically deleted after subtitle generation is complete.
Your original video file never leaves your device. All video processing, including export with burned-in subtitles, occurs exclusively in your browser using the WebCodecs API.
SublyAI does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We believe in a clean, professional environment without unnecessary surveillance.

Speech recognition is performed using Google AI infrastructure (Vertex AI / Gemini API). For more details on their privacy standards, see the Google Cloud Enterprise Privacy documentation.
Authentication is provided via Supabase. Payment processing (if used) via Stripe. None of these third parties receive your original video files.
