By accessing and using SublyAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The Service is designed to generate subtitles for video files using AI-powered speech recognition. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any video files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to extract audio from your video, store, process, and analyze the audio solely for the purpose of generating subtitles. You agree that you will not upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party or contains unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. You agree to indemnify and hold AI-22 harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of this warranty.
Your video files are processed client-side in your browser whenever possible. Only the extracted audio is transmitted to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for speech recognition and subtitle generation. The original video file never leaves your device. Extracted audio is stored in a secure cloud environment for processing purposes only and is automatically deleted following the analysis. We do not retain copies of your uploaded audio files after the processing is complete. For more details, please refer to ourPrivacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for high accuracy, the generated subtitles are the result of AI interpretation and may vary in quality depending on audio clarity, background noise, and language. AI-22 is not responsible for the accuracy of generated subtitles or how you use them.
During the beta period, the Service provides 60 minutes of free AI processing per week. We reserve the right to limit access, change features, modify pricing, or terminate the Service at any time without notice. Abuse of the system (e.g., automated scraping, attempting to bypass limits) will lead to immediate access termination.
